Very simple AJAX script - Comment box that drops down on-click

I am building a very simple website (blog format, haven't decided between wordpress and blogger). On the homepage there will be comments from other users and a clickable link for someone to add their own response to that particular comment...as soon as they click that link I want a little progress bar / circle (with alot of ajax stuff there is a little round circle that rotates while you wait, I would like that) to show and then drop down a larger box for that person to enter their response. The Submit Comment button would also drop down with that box.
One other thing I need is a text box (with header image and possibly text) of about 200x200 (guesstimate) that follows people on the right side as they scroll down the page...or, if possible stays locked at the top but scrolls with the person (so it's not moving when the person scrolls, because that can get annoying).
I would like to have this done tonight. I am going to begin on the design now. It will most likely be a wordpress blog.

Simple Site + Script Modification
own statistics that we manually enter which is outputted on front end.
All in all the whole site is just 2 pages. The homepage and the results page which will look the same for every video that is clicked. Very simple project.

Very Simple Matchmaking Script

Need Simple Directory Script

- The city name can be entered manually, as soon as a new City name is added it will show on the website.
- For each company should be able to add Company logo, Name, Address, City, State, zip code, Phone Number, Website Address.
Note that the pages will also need to be Search engine friendly. So the URL should show www.mydomain.com/companyname .

Very simple C# gui app to generate keys monthly
Very simple, C#, standalone Win32 app, that lets the user generate a key string for each calendar month.
Based on a trivial MD5 digest of the month and a simple private key string.

simple PHP script fix needed
I need a script fix, it's a very simple PHP script, one file. The script goes to yahoo and grabs about 10 latest titles with links. The script stopped working because yahoo changed their code, so the script needs an update.
Knowledgeable person can probably fix it in 5 minutes. Bid only if you can fix it today.
