Fields : First name, Last name, Birth date, Address, City, State/province, Postal code, Country, Newsletter (check box), Email address (as username), confirm email address, password, confirm password. (all fields are required)
This page needs to be secured, the user will pay through paypal and paypal should auto-return to register page. So the user is able to register.
2. Member login
This should be have a forget password and forget username features.
This should be ask for their first name, last name and birth date and send the password to user.
3. I have five member pages in html and I need script to secure the pages.
4. Secured Log out script.
5. Contact us page. The user will fill the text box like below:

Detail:
Name:
Email:
It should trigger auto reply to user that the question will be processed for 2 business day.
