Build Robot To Collect Data From Website And Output In CSV File

I need someone to build a robot to capture data from a website which we can run weekly and export the date to a csv file - an example of which is shown in the attached file.

You will need to have dynamic ip addresses so they do not ban your ips from their servers.

I need a robot built that I can run weekly to crawl a specific website to collect information. A robot was developed in April on a .NET platform but no longer works since the website structure was recently changed.

TS (there could be x number of sheets) where I find a particular column with name of deal_id, and or another column with name of deal_ref in another excel workbook.

So script needs to look at 7 workbooks and search each sheet for a particular column and fetch the results based on the column value.

I hope it's clear enough to begin with.
I need this script ASAP (2-3 days) and need an expert perl developer to work on it.
