Logmein Rescue alternative for remote support

We need a logmein Rescue alternative. To run on our website hosted on a linux web server to support remote clients to gain control of a remote pc.
We want to have a pallet secure page (i will provide godaddy ssl for you to install) on our support site where client can enter code given by support enginner and that will start the pallet to download or run program on remote pc for us to gain remote contol of desktop . No port forward requered on our hosted server , our office or remote client . this utility should support
all windows platforms.
Admin site for technician via web

Please for them to enter email of client and it will email client the code to enter or generate code to tell customer via phone
check box to reboot client computer and when pc reboot have the option for it to automatic allow access to remote computer without remote users help
keep log of pc accessed ip and time
