Developer required to start immediately for project.

Project is to program and automate tasks to parse XML files and make required inserts into a Postgres database. The database inserts are rather simple, so basic Postgres experience is required.

he changes I need now are
1 - fix the regular expression for the G results as their layout has changed
2 - add the ability for us to add a list of proxy servers (IP address)
3 - add the ability for us to use a certain proxy server based on a parameter
4 - improve the documentation of the system

I believe there is about 3-5 hours work involved (including the time taken to get up to speed). there will be additional work if the project is successful.

I need perl developer to modify certain codes on a script (5-6 Perl Files) . No major modification will be required. modifications like adding useragent,cross linking automatically need to be done. Will accept bidding if person perferably in india. but others can also bid.

Conditions :
Should have expert knowledge in Perl.

k-end database, and perl scripts that execute via cron.
