I have five different 3D characters. I need you to code them to sync my voice on the website which is PHP based. My voice would be different everyday, so I need an automated system that will sync my voice with these 3D characters. Of course, the facial expressions, especially lip movements would go along with my voice precisely, which again, is different everyday. Once the system is created, all I have to do is just log in and upload my wav files.

For each character you will be given a 2D image to model from. 3D models do not have to be an exact match of 2D image, but must be recognizable as a person of that appearance.
