Need article writing and submissiong for two websites. Need 3 Articles/">articles per website.

My organization is planning a major international conference in Poland. For this, we are creating a custom webpage from out website that will 'host' the event, including all relevant event information. This will require a new Drupal page template including a custom Banner, approximately 1036px × 162px. The banner should include a logo and should be very clean and modern.
