PDF Files Security app.

I am seeking a smart coder who can design a security software utility application that can prevent PDF files from being stolen , pirated and shared.
Example scenario:
A person has owns a PDF ebook that he has written, and he is selling the ebook online.
Once a customer buys and downloads his ebook, that original purchaser, can now send that PDF files (ebook)to any other person. That person can the open that PDF, read the content, and then continue to distribute it to anyone else,
This means that the original author of the PDF ebook is having his book stolen and used freely by others.
I realize there are the options within PDF creators where you can set 'security' to prevent copying text, highlighting text etc.
But that is basic and does not offer the security I want developed
Some programmers have also said that PDF files cannot be secured in the way that I want, because any security that might be embedded into a PDF doc. will be ineffectual if a person were to save the PDF to a different file name than it was originally downloaded as.
I have also had a number of programmers who claim to be able to develop such a security utility, but have failed at it miserably.

Pdf To Iphone App
Hi, subject is to create a MAGAZINE application for iPhone. We have 3 magazines (existing in .pdf) which should be added to this application. So it's about converting existing .pdf files to an iPhone Application, of course the magazine design should stay as it is and should not be shifted :)

Extract data from PDF files
ple first page extract is attached for reference. Project will have to handle multiple page files extracting text from just first page of each.
The deliverable is a utility running in Mac or Windows that can process the files locally as the information contained in files is restricted and cannot be shared.
The turnaround for this project is as soon as possible with a deadline of no more than 3 days from issue of project.

oo hard for someone that has done this before.
I have provided two mock-up screen shots to show what this should look like when implemented on my website.
First the 'create new listing' page.
Second, how it will look when viewing a listing.

PDF Files - Split files by documents

transfer PDF files to WORD - easy job
back to their original word version - I did this with Nitro pdf software but the result word file was not satisfactory, and in some cases it transferred into image pages in words.
I need this to be fully editable word file , i am not fussy about diagrams, formulas and tables - these are NOT IMPORTANT- only need text to be transformed and organized in an editable fasion

nal output is a simple excel spreadsheet with four or five columns (date, transaction, payment amount, deposit). I will provide you with 5 statements, and each statement has about 4 or 5 pages of important data. The data in the pdf files can also be copied and pasted into excel - however the records in excel must perfectly match the pdf version.
