Membership site Payment integration to be fixed + a few little bugs

Hi everyone.
This is a time sensitive project. Here is what to do:
1. I need a skilled and professional programmer to fix the payment integration system on my site. The site is membership based with 3 types of membership. User should fill up its data, select the membership type and then go to Paypal for payment.
Once the payment goes well, an automatic email (I will provide it) is sent to the user with its login information.
2. On the website there is search engine for searching members and content. Currently its results are not accurate, I need to correct its bugs and make it work perfectly.
3. Google maps. Also the google maps installed don't work accurately. You need to understand where the problem is with that and correct it.
This job should be done in max 2 day from the selected service provider.
4. Preview page. From member's area, after the user has posted his info I need to create there a link for a preview of the changes before approving it. This could be done using a pop up window.
Payment should be done only after successfull testing and complete satisfaction. Do not ask for advance payments as i've already been burned before. I am sorry but no exceptions. If you require an advance payment please do not bid.
Communication its also very important during the job. Selected provider must use Skype or GTalk.

- All normal listings (including the duplicate listings) will sort date/time (example May 1st 8am - May 31st 8pm)
- This changes should not effect the featured listings (blue) at all, only the normal listings (white)
