Few Small Problems With MMORPG game

I have a few problems with my MMORPG game located here - www.thegangstagame.com
1# When a user creates a gang, another gang can just blow it up even if it has defence. I need this changed so it only takes a small chunk of the defence and only blow it up when the defence is gone i need my members who are in a gang to have a chance to build the gang up. Also if a gang has protection you should not be able wipe it out when in this mode untill time is up.
2# When you edit a gang profile and link to a image which you want shown on your gang page it does not show on your gang profile.
3# The forum needs to be made a bit better its not very clear for my members. I would like to see a button for "Start New Topic" link at the moment its just text and not very clear.
Also when you view a post the bit at the bottom of the post which says - "Pages: 1 Forum Index | Go back to the Forum" i would like that to be shown at the top also and made more clear maybe a bigger font.
Tiny MCE or something like it for the text editors even for quick reply. Something that will allow members to upload images.
Allow me the admin to create more categories for the forums main page.
4# Name pimp, these are like icons members can select to be shown by their usernames. At the moment it only shows one column of icons i would like another one on the other side. Also i would like more pages so i can add more icons from the admin panel (See picture for a example of what i mean).
In the admin panel the pimp icons can't be replaced/deleted i would like a option for that.
5# In Business it shows admin with ?2147483647 for every country under Bullet Factory that needs fixing i think. Also need you to check with the Roulette and the others in Business because i'm not sure they are working right too. Some have owners and some don't need to check if there is a option to buy a business under casino or wherever it is in the game i don't fully know how this works you may know better than me. Seems stupid having admin as the owner of a business all the time would be good to let others become owner sometime.
I would like a price quote for now just to see how much this work would cost, i have already spent a lot on a coder to fix bugs and things though not everything was finished. I would like job done ASAP really. The site is live.

Looking for Wordpress Expert to Fix some small problems

Joomla Expert needed to fix a few problems
e user has visited these pages the other menu links work! I have been told this problem is to do with the XHTML errors above.
3.Repair the Module 'Joomlawatch'it worked previously but now I get an error to change one line of HTML coding.
