I have a template that I have made it is a PNG file.

So I will need 3 quotes;

1) Quote to cut my existing PNG image file and create css/html files

2) To redesign from my template a NEW template and create css/html

3) Quote for logo

But the website need to look better.
There must be room for advertising in the template. Need to work with all plugins. Need to have settings for header, and color in it.
Design must be handmade. No template generators or standard template.
Need to be original. Need to work also on mobile phone.

Another thing is that I want this to be compatible with all major browsers (firefox, ie7 and 8, safari, chrome, etc..)
