eBay Store and Listing Template Needed

Good Day All,
We are looking for someone to design a custom ebay template that will be our eBay landing page for our store and our template for our listings and information pages on eBay.
All colors must be light and smooth together and give a "warm feel" to them. We will require a concept idea (JPEG Image is Okay) in hands prior to accepting your bid. If you do not agree to this, do not bid. Template will need to be designed for hosting the template images on our webserver. Template must also be compatible with eBay's TURBOLISTER.
The templete will need to include coding to pull from some type of file off of our servers so that we are able to update payment, shipping, contact and return policies for all of our items within one location.
We want a real modern look and artwork is a must in the template. Theme is going to be family clothing. Including Jeans, shirts, bras panties underwear and kids clothing.
Please bid accordingly.
You must also include instructions with how to install the template on our ebay site, and you must list a test listing on ebay with the active templte prior to closing of escrow payment. NO EBAY VIOLATIONS!
