1.1 Normal Situation -- normal delivery date (shows the coming tuesday and friday so buyer can choose it )
1.2 Total amount=> 400 - , VIP delivery date (shows today and tomorrow for buyer to choose.)
The shipping record and delivery date should be show on the order deteails on admin page
(so those data should be recorded in SQL too)
