Poker Hand History Replayer and Odds Calculator

Hello,
I am looking for a coder to develop a Poker Hand History Re-Player. I would like the re-player to look and work exactly to existing sites such as:

http://www.gutshot.com/hand-replayer.php
The re-player must be compatible for all major online rooms such as Full Tilt Poker, Poker Stars, Microgaming sites, Ipoker Sites, Cryptologic Sites and Betfair.
Users should be able to copy and paste there hands either one at a time or several at a time and have it upload automatically and converted through this hand re-player and displayed on our website. Below the re-player, a list of the title, the author, a description field, the URL link and space for comments should be available.
This must work for at least both Hold'em and Omaha Hands. Logo's and graphics will be provided to the coder to embed into the re-player.
Matching the design and feel of the Replayer, I need a Poker Odds Calculator created. The calculator should work exactly like the Pokerlistings.com calculator:

histories (just update parsers for each poker room).
I want to call php function or create php object with parameters (hand history source, output options) return of this funcion/object will be parsed hand history.
It should be nice if programmer is poker related (I think it will be much easier for him to understand this project).
