Data capture from email and paste to web page 2

I need a program to capture certain data (name, address, phone, email) from an email and then copy it to a web page like this one:

Here are the steps for each article.

Click Add article.
Paste Article Title Into Box

Remove any current links from article and/or "author about" text.
Insert 1 - 2 text links into the article before you submit it
