Install Streaming Audio on my Website

Hello,
I have some audio files I'd like to share with users on my website. I am looking for a programmer who can install streaming audio capability so users can listen to streaming audio without being able to download or save the audio file. I also need the programmer to adjust my admin so that I can easily add any audio file to any of my pages with a WYSIWIG so that the audio file will be available to users by stream. In other words, I don't want to depend on a programmer to add future streaming audio files to my pages. So, I need it set up so I can easily do it myself. The audio files are already on the server. And the page where I have links to activate the streaming audio is already set built.
Please be ready to start this project immediately and to be finished the same day you start.
I expect to pay $ 50 to $ 80 for the project.

pp installer .. but I still keep getting errors trying to install it. The problem comes with creating the database for DNN. SQL Server 2008 Database. It should not be very difficult for someone who knows how to do this, I just can't be bothered messing around for days with this. install streaming script on Linux server
in a while (no matter the streaming program used) (example: rtsp://domain.com/channelname/?TICKET=064c527 change to rtsp://domain.com/channelname/?TICKET=0434g7w) and play another channel on the old “ticket”.
The change in stream url system should be reported to the web player on the website once it happens.
It is a simple project for someone who knows the script and knows how to install it.
