Required skills: ASP, OsCommerce, Perl/CGI, PHP
In need of database driven website development. Will be using MySQL databases. Platform is up to you... PHP, ASP, Perl
You may even use modified OpenSource eCommerce software if you can incoporate all features.
This is a text message coupons to cell phone website.
What it needs to do...
1. be able to display advertisers by location or type and have the administrator easily modify listings
Users:
1. Will be required to create an account when they are ready to execute functions. (they should not have to have an account to view lisings)
2. Once acounts are created (username and password). The program maintains their info... mainly their phone number and carrier so that they do not have to enter this manually when they are ready to have info sent to their phone.
3. Allows each registered user to choose whether they want notified when new offers from their chosen advertisers are posted and then have the program send these to them automatically
4. Password recovery
Advertisers:
1. have own accounts that can post new offers and delete current offers
2. be able view how many users have subscribed to be notified of their new offers, and possibly how many times their offers have been sent and printed
For the winning bidder: I WILL NEED to see a fully functional mockup on your server, including the admin functions before I give you FTP permissions to my site. Payment will be made through escrow, and depending upon time frame, payments may be made as progress is seen... the balance being paid at project completion.
