Expired Domain script...

I need a script that will find expired and expiring domain names and will automatically add them to a database. The script needs to also be able to look up and check pagerank, domain name age, alexa rank, yahoo backlinks, google backlinks, msn backlinks, compete.com uniques, dmoz and yahoo directories and add all this information to the database automatically as well for each expired and expiring domain name that is found.

I then need a simple php page where all of the expired and expiring domains and all other data from the data base will be displayed in a row corresponding to each domain. The Domain name age, alexa rank, yahoo backlinks, google backlinks, msn backlinks, compete.com uniques, dmoz and yahoo directories links respective to each domain should be displayed as a link that can be clicked to be brought to the source of the data.

I have purchased a script that contains some of these features, however the problem with it is that google is disabling it after my script performs a certain number of pagerank searches. I need a script that will not be disabled by google and probably one that I can have control over how many searches per second/minute/hour are performed. I'm open to other solutions as well. Please only bid if you have had experience doing something like this before and if you are familiar with how to play nice with google for pagerank requests.
