Hello Freelancers,
We are software development company that is overbooked with projects. We are looking to get a Project Management website developed for us to track the implementation of our client's software.
The website will include the following features:
- 2 user types: Project Manager (full access) & Customer (limited access)
- Creation of new accounts for each customers
- Fill out / Submit questionnaire forms
- Email notifications based on certain actions in the system
- Creating / Assigning tasks to developers
- Tracking changes
- Creating / Managing simple invoices
I have attached a full website specific (which includes a sample design of what we'd like it to look similar to). Please review the attached document and place your bid accordingly.
We typically design under .Net/C++ but for this project we are open to suggestions. We would also prefer Flex elements in the client side tables, but it is not required (although will help you win the bid!)
