Looking for PHP programmer

We would like to hire a PHP programmer for long term.
The first project is changing an existing website functionality which was developed in PHP 5 and MySQL. The site is a comparison shop. Currently the site uses shopzilla.com API, displaying all products from shopzilla. We would like to change it in order to take products from Commission Junction datafeed (see attached). Prior to awarding this project, we would like to select the right PHP programmer, and find the appropriate partner for the long run.
The ideal candidate should have the following knowledge:
- PHP web programming, OOP
- should use frameworks like zend (or other frameworks) and/or template engine like smarty or other template engines
- MySQL
- Please provide one example - front-end and back-end/CMS you have done
- Please provide a sample code (if you use Model – View – Controller then please provide a model file, template file and a controller file ).
If the above requirements fit you perfectly, you are highly welcomed to send us your portfolio and a sample code (see the above point 6).
