I am interested in creating a website where people can upload their travel photos, for others to guess where the photo was taken at
features
-user registration and login
-user uploaded photos
-random photo appears on main page, user can click one of 3 options at the bottom to guess which country the photo was taken at. After clicking, new photo will load, and the scores will be displayed. Similar concept to Hotornot.com
-able to have captions, and for other users to comment on photos.

I need like a placeholder for all the web content that will come later.
A person with no knowledge of scripting/programming should be able to edit this website you create (add content like text,photos,streaming videos).
You can use any application/scripting language you are comfortable with, only no flash. I need it to run on all platform.
