Shipping Cost Per Item Module in Virtuemart

I need someone to install and make work properly the USPS and UPS shipping module in virtuemart on a joomla platform.
Also a payment gateway. Not sure what gateway as of yet, will find that out by the end of next week.

Additional Info (Added 10/5/2008 at 0:28 EST)...Currently our site does have a shipping estimator but can only be used after creating an account and also is integrated to FedEx. We are basically trying to move this function over to the cart page so clients will not need to create an account in order to receive an estimation.

We have a client using virtuemart. When people buy their first item we want it to show $ 7.50 as the shipping cost. If they purchase a second item we want it to show $ 15.00. If they purchase a third or more items, we want shipping to remain at a maximum of $ 15.00.

We want this to show in the checkout as the shipping cost, rather than be included in the cost of the product.

You will be required to input all this information into Joomla virtuemart and make sure all the tabs, categories and brands run smoothly and properly. This will be an ongoing opportunity with several sites and chance to make more money down the road. Approx : 130 products to start , will pay full after half product is up.

This isn't too complicated, you just need to keep track of locations and process sales tax and shipping during the checkout process.

custom shipping module in magento

i need to fix some misconfiguration in my MAGENTO ecommerce
