Need to generate immediate sales for my online business

I am launching a printing website, and I need to generate sales. I have an affiliate program which will be launched with the site. I'll be honest, I am not web savvy. Which is why I am looking for 1 or more web marketing experts or teams which can generate sales and online exposure in the US. This can be accomplished using one or more ethical means of generating real sales. You can generate sales using my affiliate program, telemarketing (I have scripts and rebuttals already), forum posts, email blasts (no spamming), article submissions, etc. As long as it's not in violation of any laws. If you have any other methods I haven't mentioned, let me know and I will consider them. In order to call this a success, I need to generate at least 10 sales a week within a month to start, with measurable growth being achieved monthly.
Payment is on a pay-per-sale basis, with the payment being 20% of the pre-shipping price. Let's say that someone purchases the cheapest product on my site at $ 200, the commission is $ 40. I will also pay 10% on all residuals.
When bidding, please let me know how you intend to generate sales, and if you have references, some of them as well. For providers that produce satisfactory results, bonuses and raises will be awarded.
