Script to automate postings on 1 blog to multiple Wordpress blogs in network

Looking for Wordpress expert/ programmer to create script to automate blog network of many Wordpress blogs (at least 100 blogs) at an affordable low price.
a) The script will copy 3 items (i.e. blogpost, blogroll link and blog comment) posted to the master blog and automatically add to all the other blogs in the network.
b) Each of the blogs are on separate domains and hosted on separate hosting account/control panels. All hosting accounts are with one hosting company.
c) Prefer Wordpress programmer who has done similar script before.
Please also provide details of experience/ portfolio.

Need a Macro Setup to Automate Posting on Craigslist
as to how to setup the macro. I might have to require that you help me set this up through teamviewer if I'm having any problems.
I need to be able to automate 100 posts a day to start with and maybe up to 200.
If you respond let me know what your experience is with craigslist and/or setting up macros. Also, let me know how much time it will take you to do this. I would like this completed within a few days if possible.

Wordpress Blogs In Hebrew (right To Left)
blog should be using a different template with 4-5 photos (legally used) that relates to the topic.
The project includes also the handling of the host and purchasing used domains (which I pay for).
This project may lead to a long term relationship (we are SEO company).

Migrate Dolphin 6.1.6 To 7
The Dolphin 7 Installation is in place. All modules have been added. Only need someone to go in and migrate the data from the 6.1.6 install to dolphin 7 installation.
When trying to use the migration module included with D7, it goes from queuing to processing (so cron is working), but never seems to advance past that point (I let it set for over 12 hours.. there are only 300 users).

What I want is somebody to explain how to do this so I can do it in the future.

Adding BLOG to existing site
og. I need some help with the best blog to have implemented, but am thinking of blogspot. I have an example of a blog i like. I need to keep the blog template in line with the site such as logo, and general menu look, colours on the Blog, also possibly some Google ad sense advertising.I have a google account, but have not yet setup adsense, need advice on the steps. A good example of what is need is something similar in nature to nobleknits.blogspot.com
