Wiki attachment to existing site (custom work)

The wiki will be made for a private investing website.
This project involves custom work on media wiki or something similar. This will be then integrated on my existing system by someone else on my end.
The design of the wiki must match my existing site.
You will not have access to the back end but you can create your own phpmyadmin and upload all the files to a special data base folder we will create for you.
You must have a high proficiency in English in order to complete this project as there will be lots of communication to complete this.
See the attached file for basic details on the project and what is needed.
Further documentation on the specifics of my back end can be provided once a non disclosure agreement is signed.
I prefer to pay all at once when the project is complete but this can be negotiated

Design tweaks to existing Wordpress site
om the screenshot at http://cpix.org/2012-04-06_16-42-51.png, the header, for some reason, in Firefox has much more height than when the site is viewed in Chrome (see Chrome screenshot at http://cpix.org/2012-04-06_16-50-58.png). This will need to be fixed.

Edits to existing site, front and and backend

Removal of flash and menu changes need to be completed very quickly, the back end will take longer I am sure so please do not bid if you can not start work and complete the menu and flash removal changes quickly. Please make real bids and not placeholder or hourly bids.

e would like to add a few pages, install a cart, and change out the gallery on the home page. We would also like a news section added to the home page. We would like to have a CMS preferably with Joomla. We should be able to edit all written content on pages as well as upload new product images to the gallery and cart.
