Create Custom Wordpress Plugins (Amazon & eBay)

I need someone to add custom plugins to a Wordpress blog that I am starting an ecommerce site that links to products from Amazon and eBay. The plugins are the following:
-aStore (Amazon affiliate program)
-eBay EPN network
What I'm looking to do is have the main page of the wordpress populate products from Amazon based on keywords or categories in the admin settings of the aStore plugin. Then it will have a separate tab called "auctions" where it will take the user to all the ebay items.
You should be familiar or have developed a script already for amazon and ebay epn. Please send me examples of sites like this that you have done in the past (doesn't have to be on wordpress)

help me setup ebay product listings (HTML format) as it would look professional. And for Amazon listings in a same professional way as ebay, i do not know exactly how it is with amazon.

I have a picture of Rosie the Riviter, and I want to use it in the header. Additionally, the header should contain an american flag. This should look very smooth, flowing, and natural.
I'm willing to pay $ 10, so please don't bid more than that. This is a very quick and easy job.

(1) Create a custom header containing our logo and 5 hard coded links (to WP pages)
(2) The main page of the theme (the page the user see when entering domain.com) should show a WP page (so it's easy to update the contents of the front page by editing the given page in the WP admin area)
(3) On all pages there should be a sidebar showing the title and date of the last 5 posts, including a "read more" link, that links to the given post.
