The ideal person will know Joomla back to front, and know CSS, most of the popular Joomla Plugins, also have a GOOD EYE for Design, so you will have to show me some of your work. In particular CSS text formatting.

oesn't have to be flash or anything like that. Just so they can upload 1 pic and a describtion for each new home.
