Need a website where you can upload a file to my FTP
Required skills: PHP
We need a web interface that will allow a novice Internet user to be able to log onto our site and upload a file. (These will be video files.) The interface must be browser based (not a specialized ftp program) and be compatible with Internet Explorer, Safari and Firefox. All users that upload files must not be able to download any other files or look at any other files on the server. Ideally, users will be able to monitor the progress of the upload with some sort of visual aid built into the interface.
The interface should look similar to http://rapidshare.com. Very simple, just a browse button and a text box which displays the link on there hard drive.
Attached is the basic layout of what needs to be done.
Two things should happen once the upload is completed. An automatic email should be sent to a person saying the name of the file, bank brach, and the name. The 2nd thing is the webpage goes onto another page that says "hank you for your submission. You are on your way to becoming a shining star!"
We will need to have a Master users which will have access to the files and be able to view all files and download or delete as necessary. We do not need to give the user a link to re-download the file once it has been uploaded to our FTP site.

premium (paying): upload big files and download big files etc.. for x amount of days.... make it so i can adjust the file size in the backend and the days for their membership etc... you know all the basics for a upload site needs.
Must have a modern looking design... thats all..

Add ability to upload .pdf files to my website

I have provided two mock-up screen shots to show what this should look like when implemented on my website.

Second, how it will look when viewing a listing.
I would like for users to be able to upload at least 3 .pdf files per each listing.
