Prerequisites & Notes:
1. This project requires use of SWFUpload[1], a script which is a combination of AJAX, JavaScript, & Flash.
If you are not familiar with all of these technologies please do not bid.
2. This project may require substantial modifications to the base SWFUpload script in order to meet our requirements.
3. You will be required to demonstrate that you can perform the tasks required before selection.
This means you will complete at least one portion of the project before we select you.
Please do not waste our time if you cannot do the job.

Project Description:
1. we need SWFupload[1] added to an existing PHP script[2].

3. SWFUpload should replace the default uploader on /upload.php & /admin_area/mass_uploader.php
Specifics:
1. for the frontend UI (/upload.php & upload.html), the form should submit immediately after one successful upload.
2. for the mass uploader UI (/admin_area/mass_uploader.php & mass_uploader.html), there needs to be multiple instances of SWFUpload displayed dynamically. the amount displayed is based on the number of uploads requested by the uploader. the files should remain in a queued state until the "Submit" button is pressed.

Add feature to php script to deliver serials

The idea being I upload 5000 serials in a csv or text file.
A unique serial is ascibed to the user account (and stored in dbase) so it can be displayed in members page dynamically.
This requires new Admin option to manage serials, to see count of serials left, and to edit/update list.
Option in Admin also to both add or remove or update a serial from a users account.

Finish php script 90% completed (youtube downloader) to mp3

2. the 30 ips are not added, supposed to be added but not implemented in the script. (will need to add more ips later)
3. if a video fails to cache, retry another ip
4. check both local db and local mp3 directory, before offering a download link to the mp3 file. If not local on mp3 directory recache the flv.

I am using a PHP script add-on to a communityh script im using. This is a big script which adds a video section to the site so people an upload and see videos. The script has 2 encrypted files, and somehow checks to see if you have a valid license, but the problem is i bought the mod from someone else, who doesnt want it, and it seems the conmpany that issued the mod no longer exists, so i need someone to look at the 300+ files and make it work for my site.
