Target / interface application: MS Excell

Excell will need to populate data from MS Sql server table, calculations will be performed in excell based on certain forumle, these will need to be populated into certain other tables. User will manually append data to the source data populated from sql server, and this should be updated to the relevant source table as a record.

2. Will we loose in speed and performance by using a free version of the SQL server?
3. Will we loose any of the current functionalities? Such as agent, backups and uploading backups.
4. Are free version of the studio is correspondent to the commercial version of the Enterprise Manager? What kind of limitations does it have?
5. Any other issues we might encounter by the move to the free version of the SQL server 2005 or 2008?

The first stage is a simple synchronization between contacts. That the same contacts are shown in the back office and the exchange server web access. The second stage is making sure that the companyID is connected to the exchange server and that the users can select a company from a company list within exchange.
