I need a new website to replace the existing website for a tanning salon in America. It must be completed and delivered to me by January 4, 2008. I will submit bug fix requests and change requests to you by Jan 11, then you will need to deliver to me the final updated package by Jan 18.
The website will be based on Template Monster # 13197, which I can send to you if needed. Template includes .fla file and .psd files.
I need a Flash version, non-flash version, and a mobile version of the website so that it is viewable and useful on all browsers and devices.
I am open to developers in any country who can receive payment in USD via Paypal or Escrow and who speak fluent English.
The recommended start date is Dec 15, and the recommended bid is $ 300.

-After receiving the website on Jan 4, I will review the website and make a list of change requests or bug fix requests which I will submit to you by Jan 11.
-You will then have one week to implement those changes and deliver the final finished product to me by Jan 18.
Change Requests and Bug Fix Requests:
The number of change requests or tweaks that I will submit to you by Jan 11 will not exceed 25 in count. The number of bug fix requests I will submit to you may not be limited, since the bugs would be the result of your negligence. It is recommended that you seek my feedback weekly as development progresses so that the bugs and changes can be minimized and solved incrementally instead of all at the end.
Deliverables:
-Complete and polished Flash site files
-Complete and polished non-Flash site files
-Complete and polished mobile site files
-Documentation that you performed all the bug requests and integrated all the change requests
-You will also deliver to me by Jan 18 an instruction document (two to ten pages in length in Word or PDF format) that explains to a Site Admin how to update the different elements of the site so the client can perform his own maintenance without needing to contact anyone for assistance.

-Website must be optimized for speed, efficiency, and load-order based on an end-user broadband connection of 1MB/s download speed for the Flash version, and lower speeds for the non-flash and mobile versions as you think appropriate.
-Website should use CSS best practices, keeping the style, page layout, and common page elements in the CSS as much as possible.
-Website code must be organized, optimized, formatted, and commented according to best practices.
-Website should be designed for easy maintenance and updating
-Thorough testing must be performed to ensure that the site works without any error or glitch and that all requirements are met.
-Developer must submit all the website files to me on or before the project due date, including the updated .fla and .psd files.
-The site template was designed for a completely different industry, so you will need to obtain and utilize quality stock photos and make design tweaks that are relevant to the industry, location, and target customers of this business.
-The overall visual style of the website must be classy, modern, sophisticated, sleek, and professional.

- There is currently a static news & tour dates section, this should be populated from a mysql database instead. (To make the news easier to update etc..)
- All these need to be done for both the Flash and HTML versions so that I edit the database and the changes are reflected on both versions.
