I will be building a site and need an expert in PHP, CSS, MYSQL, XML to consult with me via Skype before I start.
I will let you know what I am trying to do and you will tell me the best way to accomplish it. You won't be telling me how to write code or scripts. I just need answers that will explain what techniques I should use to best get the job done.
It's only for 1 hour so please bid accordingly.
The Skype call may be broken up into 2 or 3 different calls, but it will not go over 1 hour combined.
The conversations will be in English so I need someone who speaks it clearly.

1) Write a function which allows the filtering or sorting of data which has been returned from a php search of a mySQL Database
2) Write a function which takes returned search results from a php search of a mySQL database,and outputs and XML file
3) Make the page load a Flash file which reads the XML file which step 2 has created
These are all simple jobs, so reasonable bids only please
