Members Area Script

Hello
Overview:
I require a simple yet effective "Members Area" script so that once it is installed into a website, people can signup and pay via paypal or alertpay.com and access the restricted content.
Admin Features/points:
1. Add/edit/delete/suspend/search Members
2. Option for admin to enable/disable email verification link emailed to them when they signup and admin can choose to have members automatically added after payment and signup or if they are to be manually approved.
3. Add/edit/delete/search Subscription packages i.e Silver, Gold, Platinum - the admin can specify the package prices and which page(s) it will secure.
5. Can add newsletters and mail out all signups in any of the above subscrption packages using merge fields i.e Dear <firstname>. The WYSIWYG editor will be tinymce or fckeditor
6. Users membership of an area can be set to expire after a fixed number of days or on a date, or can be left to never expire
7. As a bonus, it would be nice if it had some kind of affiliate system mplemented but not essential - but nice!
8. As an extra bonus if you can do this to help secure the bid, it would be nice to have the ability for the admin to manage photos and videos for the protected pages.
Currency must be USD, Pounds or Euro

Simple Members Area Script Integrating Aweber by percent9
ection of the Aweber data and merge it with the password protection script on the site/pages.
As long as it is not too complex, I can install the scripts as well as setup the mysql database on my server, and design the required front end pages.
I am undecided as to whether the site will be standard .html or if I am going to use a CMS like Joomla -- either way, I would want this to be flexibile enough to work in both circumstances.

ss. We would like a script to allow a member to enter their username and password and login directly from "our" login and bypassing the .htaccess login popup.. The member also should have the option to check "remember me" on the login to save their information.
