Small bug in C# updating mySQL table

We have a C# function that updates a field in two MySQL tables with three different values.
We think all code is ok, but I looks like there is a small bug in the code.
Some posts is not beeing updated. We have not the time to check what is going wrong. It might be lack of NULL value handling, time out problem or something else...

The source code (VS2005-project) in C# (uses mySQL Connector class)
The MySQL database/table
You return to us:
1. The updated tables
2. Info about where the bug is

Online Movies Section component - The script which is taking movies from other website does not take many movies that I think it should,meening that in the my website there are only about 20000 movies compared to 100000`s movies in the source website.
I expect to see 10000`s more movies and tv-shows by daily cron loading of movies and tv-shows

I want this to use a live video stream, detect and capture faces and store in a database. Then in recognition mode, the software should be able to recognise the faces in the live video.

Payment Bug In Shop-script
a small bug in the cart - the cart gets empty right after the customer proceeds to one of the payment options, AND the customer immediately receives order confirmation from the cart, regardless of whether the payment was sent or not.
For these two payment options, I need order confirmation to be sent to customer only AFTER he sends payment, AND the cart should keep his list of items until he pays, or until his session expires (a week or so).

Fixing two small bugs in Javascript (scroll and Lightbox)
cely together - IE8 flags up an error message and the first script seems to be preventing the Lightbox from working. In addition, the first script produces a small bug in Firefox in that any links down the bottom part of the page (where the footer button is) aren't click-able until they're scrolled up above the level of the button.

I think there is a problem with a mouse event.
When you click on the next image and move your mouse off the stage quickly the image is no longer centred and shows a bit of the next image. You will see it in the attachment.
