PHP Photo Retrieval script needed

Fairly simple photo retrieval script needed. See below for outline.
MySql DB contains these fields:
Image Table: ID Number / Image Name / Approved / Views
Visitor Table: User Email / ID Number / Date
-Guest visitor enters their email address and an "id number".
-guest info stored in VISITOR TABLE
-if ID Number is not found, an error page is displayed
-if ID Number is found, but Approved field is empty or marked NO, an error page is displayed
-if the "id number" is found, and approved field is YES, image is diplayed and a count is added to the Views field
-a "diplay page" is displayed showing the image...guest has the option to download the image, or EMAIL TO A FRIEND
-EMAIL TO A FRIEND sends a link to the image page to the email address provided, with the guest email address (from step 1) as the FROM field.
Also...the "Image Name" field should be able to contain multiple image names. If more than one name exists, the guest will see a "multiple image page" of thumbnails of the images. Clicking the thumbnail will display the "diplay page" for that image.

Photos will then be voted on by visitors to the site.
The script will be completed, tested and working before it is uploaded to my server.
There will not be ESCROW with this project. I pay once the project has been completed to my satisfaction. Look at my feedback rating.

Php Photo Gallery Fix
hen the photo are not added in the database or physically in the folder.
Apparently something on this server works differently.. perhaps a newer version of php or whatever?
I need to make sure this script is adding, editing and deleting photos correctly.
I will also need to know what you did in order to fix the problem because I have a second copy of this script running on the same site. Either that or you can apply the fix to both copies of the script.

PHP/MYSQL/CSV script needed (multi distributor data import) Featured Projects,

2) This is the important and more complex change... We would like to change the functionality so that when someone votes, we request their email information in the same way that we do when someone uploads an image. We also need to be able to download the email addresses from the admin system. There is already some import/export capability from the admin but we need an added email field added to database and ability to export.

Would like the admin to be able to select that the photo rotate randomly when the page loads or by a specific time if the user stays on that page (ie 10 seconds, 60 seconds)
Prefer AJAX, however, flash may be acceptable.

Project to include testing, running and operating the "Submit module" on one of our html based sites.
