The deliverable format MUST be in Excel. The website must able be able to do the following:
1). Distribute into the news systems of various companies;
2). Have the ability to provide access to biographies that are sometimes needed with each press release and also provides a name listing of subject matter experts;
3). Have a program that details the type and number of journalists viewing the news releases through different mediums;
