I need a professional flash contact us page form as well as a flash employment page form created for my website ASAP. Please check www.CampusCity.com for the requirements for the forms. For the phone number slot, i would like a ( to come up once clicked on, then another ) after 3 numbers and a - after another three numbers. Also need a random code generator so i cant get hit up with spam emails. Would also like the submit button not to be able to click on untill all required fields are filled out. I currently have a website up, what I need is a working form for my "Contact Us" and "quote" page. I don't need to have the e-mails stored in a database of any type. All I simply want is when someone goes on my website, they fill in the forms, submit, and I receive it in my e-mail. Thats it, I know I made it sound easy but thats all that I want. Can anyone help?
