OsCommerce Credit Card Implementation plus some Features

Hello,
We are looking for a professional developer with deep OsCommerce knowledge and Saferpay (credit card transaction service) implementation experience. This has to be implemented into our running (without any interruption!) webshop: www.energybalance.com. The webshop is available in two languages: italian and german. You don't need to understand these two languages but at least you need to differentiate them.
The project includes the following tasks:
> Complete integration of the saferpay merchant plug-in + secure card data modules
> Integration of Euro currency pricing for the basket process which is based on the existing Swiss Francs multiplied by one fixed currency exchange rate.
> Maintaining of multiple delivery addresses in the basket process and in the „my account“ section
> Remember the last payment method (3 methods available) incl. credit card details but only type and the last 5 digits, rest must be hidden
> Integration of country and weight based transport cost calculation (fix cost Euro and CHF) including free shipping rules (http://www.energybalance.com/shipping.php)
> delivery-to and payment-to country "has-to-be-same-country" verfication
> Voucher functionality including birthday rebate email (rebate only that day valid)
> Adding always a free product (gift) to the basket for a certain period (max. 1pc)
> Manual deactivation of basket button for a product which is not stock. Adding a message saying "no stock yet" and when it should arrive (free text). Showing substitute article on purpose.
> change of minor designs (Logos) and titles on the homepage
> All changes are valid for two languages
> Any translations will be delivered by us
Implementation is urgent and has to be done in November 2008! Please check your resources accordingly.
Please dont bid without Saferpay experiences!
We are not looking only for a short term relationship. Our change list of this shop is still very big.

RIGHT NOW ENTROXXX does not work anymore . It cannot be added to paypal Malaysia.

I have an oSCommerce based store. I also have credit card processing merchant account. I need someone to make a script which does the following:
1. After customer reaches payment options in WEBSITE A and chooses CREDIT CARD he is being redirected to WEBSITE B
2. His purchase total must be saved in cache
3. He completes checkout from another site and credit card processor sees transaction from WEBSITE B
4. Whole idea is to hide WEBSITE A from credit card processor

These two situations only happen to some customers, other customers can shop with the current paypal settings without problem. I suspect it maybe because of the browser problem, some use google chrome, some use IE, some firefox, etc.

oscommerce - fix blank credit card # info in database
My oscommerce site at one time use to store credit card numbers as XXXXXXXXX1234 (with x's except for the last 4 digits). Recently it stopped storing this information. I need this fixed right away so I can see the last four digits again.
