I also want to point out that while I obviously understand not all channels will be top of the line, well known, I do want most of the well known channels added, since I need to make sure this alternative will be more appealing than a normal Satelite TV.

P.S. On this job, I'm unsure of what type of programming would be used so I just clicked a few I thought might be optional but what ever type of programming you feel is best is fine. I'm running a Linux system on a VPS Server that supports things like the latest MySQL, PHP, and such.

I am interested in getting full rights for TV on PC software, just as those that are selling over the net.

It should have cca 3000 TV channels like all of them usually have, and of course should work smoothly :)

I don't know too much about the way this kind of software would be made, so I can't give more details.

So, tell me what you can make, how it will look, and of course, how much ?

If you have it already done with source code it's perfect, but will need some changes for re-branding the software under my requirements.
