Graphic Novel - Childrens Book
Required skills: Graphic Design
I'm currently working on a childrens book to be illustrated in the style of a traditional graphic novel. Eventually there will be about 80 frames but I'm currently seeking artists whom I should consider for this project.
First you must submit to me examples of your work for consideration.
Secondly I will select an artist to render / draw 5 frames of the 80 to see if we're in agreement as to what the look and the feel of the book should be.
This bid is for the 5 test frames. About one 8.5" x 11" page of a comic book.
The story is about a housefly and it's interaction with an airplane jet both interior and exterior, so you must be able to render these two objects well.
The final project will be completed in several phases: Initial storyboard with rough sketches in pencil then final inked drawings.

Comic Book Artist Wanted for Graphic Novel
similar to a Marvel/DC Comics style) for a 125 page graphic novel. I've written the script already. I have a small publisher for it but I'm financing the artist myself out of my own pocket. I'd like this project completed within 90 days. This would be ink & color too if possible.

The drawings do not have to be overly perfect, I actually want them to be a little rough around the edges. This is an interpretation of the story of Atlantis.

Image Compression Needed for Comic Book App
sed in our mobile tablet app. Currently, each image is a jpeg with a WxH of 2138 x 2850 and is 1MB-3MB in size - way too large to use within an android app.
Ideally, I would like the compressed images to be no less than 1200 px in width and be in a lossless format to allow for zooming.
I have attached a sample page as an example. I am looking to work with someone who has experience in compressing images for mobile apps.

Most of the included files are from "The X-files" comic book. I included this because I like the art work, and the genre of my graphic novel is very similar.

Finally you need to be willing to do revisions if necessary. Similarly you need to be willing to let me make changes to or additions to your work as well. I need 48 hour turn around on the drawings but keep in mind these are not complex sketches. each drawing should fit in a 8.5"L x 5.5"W space.

Childrens Book Illustrations
We are looking for a creative illustrator for a children's book. Subject matter is royal family (king, queen, knights, etc) involved in adoption, doing battle with dragons.
