Remote Web Cam Monitor - Visual Basic

Hi, I need a Visual Basic (VB6/VB Express 2008) Program created that includes a server.exe and a client.exe which capture web cam and possibly audio from a remote computer.
On the client I need to be able to connect to the IP and Port then have two options to start/stop web cam capture and to start/stop audio capture, and possibly one to capture the screen of the remote computer.
On the server, I want it to be a semi-transparent box with the text "Computer is being monitored"
Now I would also like to have the full source as well so that I may modify it to my liking. I've seen a few of these programs online and a few sources online but none of them seem to work for me. So I would expect that I can test it then tell you what I need changed then test it some more then tell you what to change, so on..

Daddy server. There are some DSN issues relating to the access database. I need someone who knows MS Access, Visual Basic and HTML that can get my website working on the Go Daddy server.

At the end you will have your html page (5 templates will be chosen from the beginning). At the end you will end up with a html page, which will need to be edited via the built in html editor (the existing program does not have this)
