We are a UK based Marketing company, specialising in website design, search engine optimisation, company branding, e marketing, advertising, data, and telecoms.
We are looking initially for four sales agents to work from home on a self employed basis for a 3 month trial period.
After 3 months your performance will be reviewed and if all targets have been hit, you will have the opportunity to join the company on an employed basis.
The role will be primarily telesales, but we require the candidate to have the versatility to also be able to adapt to face to face sales.
This is a long term project, and we are looking to RECRUIT LONG TERM UK BASED STAFF.
This is for intelligent SELF MOTIVATED sales professionals only, FULL TRAINING will be given.
You will be working a geographical area which is exclusive to you.
We will be able to provide you with an initial list of leads, and in the meantime train you to source your own high quality leads.
This role is exactly like working in an office for 8 hrs of the day with the only difference that you are working in your own location/home without the hassle of travelling to an office.
Start time is 8 AM UK TIME.
Dinner hour is 12-1
Then 1-5.
As THIS role is performance based trial you may want to work additional hours to reach your targets.
You should posses the following:
1. Your own PC which should be PIV or higher.
2. A telephone line, and a mobile.
3. Your own car, and a full driving licence, preferably clean.
4 You should have Broadband (ADSL) connection.
5 You should have the proper working atmosphere at the place you choose to work. Undisturbed while you are working.
6 Knowledge of sales, telesales, face to face sales and lead generation.
7 You MUST have access to either Aol, Yahoo or MSN or Google Instant Messenger service so that you can communicate constantly with your designated Manager for guidance.
8 You must posses a webcam or be prepared to buy one, this is essential for communication with your manager throughout the day.
9 You should possess perfect spoken NATIVE English, – to communicate with your Manager, as you will be required to speak with your contact from time to time.
10.You should be between 18 and 50 years of age.
