seo friendly url / rss reader-parser

Hi,
This is my first post :),
I need a rss reader-parser site, with seo friendly urls , php based and it will use MySql.
For example,
If the rss-feed of NASA title is = "New planet in the galaxy"
The url must be = http://www.mydomain.com/123_new-planet-in-the-galaxy.html
the number of url (123) is the "id" of news,
and if the visitor click it , he'll go to NASA's news and it will open in a new page and it has a frame at the top (height=~300px) and the frame has a logo of my homepage and vote section for the news.
in my home page i'll show daily most clicks and the best top 10 (by vote).
the lastly, all old archieve news of my site is listed http://www.mydomain.com/archieve/1/ ... "1" means the first page of archieve and every page has a 200 news.

Whereas it should look like:
mynewshop/item_xxx.html or mynewshop/item_xxx/
So after using the installation manual for Magento for the mod-rewrite we still can't get the SEO friendly URL's. Not being a Magento expert I believe this should be a simple task with Magento know how.

de, and there are form fields that need to just have the new SEO url inserted into. This needs to be done on the fly. Ideally the SEO friendly urls should be made from the Record Title i.e. the name of the item being posted in the form.
I would also like the ability to update the SEO friendly url too.
Im currently using WAMP on my local machine and would like to test the custom coding on there and use it for other website projects
