Automated Backup Application using FTP
Required skills: .NET, C/C++, Visual Basic
I am looking for a mix of these two programs

For automated backups to a FTP site - It should run as a service - it should NOT need to be installed meaning I would like it as a executable if possible but flexible when it comes to this part.. I want the feature for the user to select My Documents / Desktop / Email - and have the application configure to back those up without the user needing to know the location of the data. There should also be an option to manually select other day if needed.
I want it to work ONLY on my server so the FTP settings would be hardcoded but allow me to change them as needed.
I would also like email notification - using my own mail server notifying me and the customer that the data was or was NOT backed up.
I would also need additional functionality that would be added to this project for additional funds which would be the server side along with quotas on the server side that could be set by admin - and monitored by the client.

Windows Install Backup Application
will go only to that directory. They select the files from a tree view similiar to the way other applications offer it. I would like to have the application require a key for install, but not sure how this would be handled. I have a key generator as well for my other applications, so, we may be able to tie this in.
I would like this in VB .net or C# as I am little familiar with them. Please quote the price, time, and future support you offer.

When you use the referral URL it can be monitored if you really downloaded and installed the backup application and also when you made 1 backup. Only then the procedure is completed.
TIP We have used VMware whitch worked very fast: less then 15 minutes to download, install and run a full backup. Since the virtual pc is allmost empty the data to backup is < 1 mb :) But how you do it is up to you. (Btw: We do not provide emailaddresses or applications)

If you can even deliver everything as a solution / form in Visual Studio C#, then this will be a big plus but it's not required. If you could do this, then we could make an extra GAF project out of it if you want.

Photo image resize and upload to web using FTP
of JPEG images, dragged and dropped onto the window. The user then inputs the web site to be connected to, directory to receive images, username and password for FTP access, plus the maximum width and height of the image and % JPEG compression. The app will reduce each image to below the maximums using a bicubic algorithm to compress the JPEG to the desired %, connect to the host and put the processed file into the specified directory.
