We have some changes which we need to make to a web page. These changes include changing a flash marquee and moving its placement on the page. Moving the location of three other objects and creating one new link. We are told the work should take no more than an hour. If we are pleased with the job done and the price there remains the possibility of long term work

just lost monies to a programmer who anly completed the calulator part of this project and it 'appeared' that the banner generator part of it worked but when I actually went to upload the files on to my server it did not and they bailed on it basically saying they didn't have the expertise and then complained when i baled at giving them server access so they could 'complete the job'.

So I will really need to see that this does indeed work before i release funds from escrow.

The idea is a customer fills out the form and it generates banner that they display in a forum in their signature. The banner will dynamically run everytime it is rendered to tell the world how many days since their last cigarette, how much they have saves, how many cigarettes they have avoided, etc. Please see the link above for how it should be implmented.

Script should:
1. submit form with first set of variables from drop down menus
2. load web page with 2009 HOMEOWNERS PREMIUM SURVEY RESULTS page (html table)
3. save html file locally
4. repeat with all combinations of unique variables that can be selected in form

Script should be python, perl, or php. Can be run from mac desktop (in terminal or automator shell script) or from remote Linux server.

I would like as much of the changes that are to be made, done with CSS as possible, "avoid script" Please include avoid script so I know you understand and read the project outline. I want this project completed in a very timely manner.
