Transcription Software German->Bulgarian

Hello,

I need a transcription software , in that I can speed it a slow a little and can understand the words any audio player work for it but i don't know which will work so please Help me , or can anyone make a software in which i add the audio file and it detects the english words and Write it in notepad file automatically , i need it urgent .
