Data collection application based on Windows Mobile 5

Greetings,
we have developed a Windows Mobile 5 (installed onto Intermec's CN3) for the automotive market. This application is used to check damage status of cars. The data is stored locally on the PDA (MS SQL Mobile). At the end of daily work the data is sent to a central server using the GPRS or the USB connection.
Application is working correctly except 2 minor bugs that has to be fixed (one query has to be updated with a new query that we will provide and if a specific data entry is selected in two parts of the application it crashes).
Development work should be divided in the parts :
1) we need very urgently to add 5 photos to be taken during inspection process, a check box to be added for a specific feature selection and a data entry that is currently not mandatory must become mandatory.
Maybe we could need a local db update as well.
2) we need to specify (using an existing DB table) which entries are mandatory and which are not and which entries has to be collected and which not (based on customer id). If an entry is not to be collected the corresponding widget has to be disabled.
Development platform is Visual Studio 2005. Full source code will be provided.

Build a Voice SMS application on Windows Mobile
utton application records the voice to a temporary .wav file. On clicking stop the recording is complete. Play button plays the last recorded file.

Simple POS software for Windows Mobile
wn a Pidion BIP-1300 PDA running on Windows Mobile 5, and I need a simple, non-commercial POS sofware for demonstration/testing purposes.
I have seen it done for 150 USD before and actually does not take more than 2 hours of work, but this time I need a more flexible/easy to modify version of it.

Windows mobile TAPI Dialer
I am looking for a simple TAPI dialer application for Windows Mobile which can do phone dial, answer incoming call and call conferenceing. Regarding call conferencing, I should be able to dial 2 GSM numbers and build conference call with all 3 parties.

have eight printscreens plan of the application. The program working with a MySQL database on centralized server (sending and receiving). Our preferred programming language Java or .NET. We have an full-fledged specification for app. The application consists of three steps: 1. read from MySQL DB 2. sending selected data to an server side application 3. showing information got back on the device.

Intercept outgoing call on Windows Mobile with C#
heir Windows Mobile phone.
I have no idea how to intercept the call and then allow it to go through, depending on what the user replies, so I need someone to do the hard part for me. Create a C# application that will intercept any outgoing call, ask the user a question and depending on what the user replies, let the call go through.
I will then do the rest, that is, change the question(s) and build some logic based on the phone number etc.
