im looking for a small software which will find and replace text as exact match in single or multiple files from a small text database.
i need an area, where i can update this database where i can put complete sentenaces(for replace and substitute) as rows and once i select the files, it will remove it and replace it with the substitute.

the files it should be able to read are

txt,css,php,asp,aspx,js

the text file, the previous word that it

I have a PHP template with numerous tags within the code.
I need a programmer to develop a script for me where I can have the tags listed and a field for their values to be replaced so i can replace all the tags with valid information in one go.

the template will have around 5 different php files in it.

I am using dream weaver to do this at the moment but with dream weaver i have to find and replace each tag separately and it is quite time consuming.

I need it to search a file or multiple files within a folder and replace with anything I need. The files that it has to be able to replace on will be PHP, HTML, TXT, DOC, ASP, CGI, HTM, RTF, XLS, etc...

Doing this on each Fla w/ Flash CS4's "find and replace" panel would be a real pain, and we'd have to do it all over again if we modify the code again.

Any good JSFL people have something for this? I can't pay much for this - maybe $ 30, but if you know how to do it it could be 5 or 10 minutes of work.

. So if I have 20 rows of data then I will have 20 text files generated. The name of each text file will come from the first column of data. The data contained in each text file will be from the subsequent columns of data. Thats pretty much it. I will answer any questions if this sounds confusing.

simple program to search and replace text in text/ini files during system startup without any user interaction.

The search/replace fields and any other relevant details and the file to edited need to be contained in an external ini file.

The program needs to be able to use wildcards (and regular expressions if possible), and must also allow text to be replaced with the current system date/time (in a variety of formats eg. d-mmm, mmm-yy, m/d/yy, mmm-yy).

ll change as required. Utility will have "Keyword" function that replaces all the keywords designated by a specific highlighter color and a Body Text Function that will change the text designated again by a specific color.
Should be a walk in the park for anyone experienced in this type of work. please no generic bids and I do know how simple this is so keep the price sensible please.

This input then replaces the matched <text> in the textarea. A confirmation is given once the function has finished each line of the textarea.

You can then resave this textarea to the server as a new file and record new details in the mysql database.
