The site, in my opinion will be very small, with exactly the same features n functions on most of the pages.
The only concern is it should look classy and impressive...and be made with latest tools available as of now. I am good in guiding on the look n feel of the site and already have many designs n templates to suggest.

o what exactly I want and what im looking for . Site will consist of streaming music & video live . Live chat & more . I will need this person on a long term basis if possible to work along the way . If only available for the design , then that is fine . Site will be 5 pages maybe alittle more , depends how we work it all out . Some flash included but the site will be html . thing designed in J2EE. So that means all the templates and MySQL tables are already in hand. I just need the designer to alter the jsp pages with PHP as this time I need this in PHP.

I'll provide the whole package which is in jsp. Budget is not much as this is for a school project, so everything should be very very simple..no mirror-cracking coding.
