Urgent: Simple Web based File Manager Application Needed

Hello Bidders,
I have a bunch of files relating to corporate branding for a client that I need to put on a website so that they can download them as needed in the future. The files are .AI, .DOC, PDF, JPEG etc.
I would like to have a simple and elegant (in web 2.0 look and feel) web based file manager that will allow them to see the files in a directory structure, see the thumbnail and then download if needed.
I will create the directory structure as shown and place the files there. The File Manager should simply show the files in the directory.
I am enclosing the directory structure (top level as well as the fully opened one). I am also providing a simple mockup of the application.
In this phase I do not require a login id or password validation routine since none of this material is confidential and this needs to get done quickly. However, I would like to have in phase 2, a login id and password plus other functionality that I have in mind to expand this application further.
For now, I would like to get a very slick front end (with a glossy look and fee) and the ability see and download files - quickly.
This is a simple and quick project. I will award it prior to the completion of the bid time since I am in a bit of a rush. Please bid a reasonable amount. Experienced bidders with no negative feedback will be given preference.
